It is our desire that as a church we should be found faithfully testifying to the gospel of the grace of God (Acts 20:24), making Jesus known to our neighbors, and contending for the faith that was once for all delivered to the saints (Jude 3). As Christ's Church, we desire to grow faithfully in our holy calling, by carefully attending to the Scripture, both in private and corporate discipline, by works of obedience, and humble service to God, our brothers, and sisters in Christ, and to our neighbors at work, at play, and in community. We seek to bear out holy reverence to God's truth and to guard our spirit against pride, and bitterness so that we might live out a clear and full picture of Jesus in our lives.

We began services on April 22, 2012, and our first service was held in the living room of Pastor Adam's home with 10 people in attendance. This group of believers saw a need for a church that unashamedly espoused the biblical teaching of the gospel as reclaimed by the European Church of the 16th Century. This era is known as the "Reformation" and later, expressed its summary in what is called the Five Solas: Sola Scriptura (Scripture Alone), Sola Fide (by Faith Alone), Sola Gratia (by Grace Alone), Solus Christus (through Christ Alone), and Soli Deo Gloria (to God be the Glory Alone). These were studied responses to 5 "Remonstrances" that were posed to the church against its long-standing Soteriology doctrine and with these "reformed" responses, were deemed heresy.

We desired an assembly of believers who would worship, teach, and proclaim the gospel of Grace as the Scripture presents it. Thus we have covenanted together to practice it, protect it, and preach it.

Since 2016, we have been meeting at 1102 S 4th Ave, Wausau, WI 54401.
